Casa View Thrift

I have shop here for the past few years since I move to East Dallas. Always have a good experience here. But we went there on Christmas Eve just to find a few last minute Christmas things. We met the worst cashier ever today. SHE SUPER RUDE. First I let her know my number to get a reward point and for whatever reason she said it’s won’t ring up and she can’t do anything. My husband ok with it and ready to leave, while we put our cart away I called my son name and told him we ready to leave then she yelled at us to come get your son. I told her I saw him and called his name. She won’t stop yelling at us and told me then said ‘ YOU SHOULD COME GET HIM THEN’ and keep mouthing. I was lost my temp and ask her what is wrong with her? The other employee who seen me all the time come help stop the situation but she still keep continuing and come to talking rude to me in front of my kid. This is the worst experience I ever had at this store. Especially it’s Christmas Eve day. If she not ready to work she should’ve been asking for a day off. It’s very unprofessional that she try to come to me even I have my kid with me. I hope whoever owns this store please read my comment and taking action. Thank you!

We found what we were looking for, but I wasn't able to use this "so called" $5 Off offer. You've sent me a welcome text with a $5 off offer and then with this email. I was told by your attendant that I didn't have enough earned points... Hmmm? So, why would you send this $5 off offer? This is my only issue. Thanks for the discount offer that I was not able to use towards my purchase last night.

Great shopping! I was hesitant about this thrift store since it seems like they keep trendy items in stock, I was afraid that this was going to be another overpriced thrift store- but the prices were actually pretty fair. Seems like they have not only thrifted clothing but bulk liquidated clothing items as well still new with tags on! Everything is cleaned and very well organized a lot of the clothing items are even color organized which helps if you know what you're looking for! Almost an overwhelming amount of clothing there's definitely men's children's and women's clothes to find. They also have a great selection of wall decor and paintings as well as other small home good items and small furniture and dining table sets! Definitely more clothes than furniture but still a great shop with good prices I was able to find a brand new pair of shoes and several other little items at a great steal! The strip store is much cleaner and better organized than the other thrift stores just up the street plus the staff members here are just so friendly and don't seem bothered when you ask for help! Great experience and I will definitely be back!
